Merchant Steward 2025 – Iolar the Sinister
- There is no Merchant Fee, however all Merchants must pay full site fee.
- Merchants MUST pre-register with the registration form prior to JUNE 20, to ensure adequate space is set aside.
- When registering, please have the following information available:
- Merchant Name or Business Name
- SCA name
- Brief description of wares
- Physical dimensions of space require including guidelines
- Contact information: email, webpage, phone etc.

- Merchants are welcome to arrive Thursday, June 26 in the afternoon to set up
- Merchants will be located along ‘Merchants Row’ and ‘Adeline Avenue’ for the public to peruse.
- In order to enhance the look and feel of our medieval site, it is requested that merchants keep their campsite hidden from view unless it embraces the medieval atmosphere.
- The SCA “10 foot” rule applies to all merchandise. Please keep anything glaringly mundane (such as jigsaw puzzles, kids toys or anything made from plastic) under wraps or discreetly displayed in the back of your store area.
- All merchants will need to check in with the Merchant Steward upon arrival at site for merchant space location. Iolar the Sinister may be found in Building 3 on Merchants’ Row, in the Coffee etc building.
